William J. ("Bill") Cea d/b/a the Heavy Metal Artist is an acrylic painter and guitarist. This website is dedicated to his art. His Instagram (@heavymetal.artist) also features his guitar work and other matters of interest. Bill has a Minor Degree in Fine Arts from the State University of New York at Albany. After a distinguished career as an attorney, Bill returned to his passions of art and music, while continuing to put his legal experience to work as a mediator. Bill fuses his talents and experience. His paintings are meant to be felt and not just seen. They communicate power, tenacity, determination and endurance.
